Dentist Tooth Cake

When I made a tooth cake last year I really thought that that would be the only one I would ever get a request for. How wrong was I!!? It seems there is more than one dentist out there with a sweet tooth! dentist instruments, toothbrush and toothpaste is totally edible and handmade by me. Cake is Caramel mud cake
