Barbie Princess cake

I indulged all my childhood princess fantasies with this cake as the design was left up to me. This is the second cake I have made for Sophie. Vanilla buttercake with milk chocolate ganache filling. (Barbie is a plastic doll but the rest is handmade by me, no dolly varden tin it was handcarved cake)
