My girl was very specific about what her cake should look like this year, right down to the sprinkles by The Sprinkle Co Happy rainbow unicorn 8th Birthday my lovely Carys! With all my cake equipment packed away and being sick all week I drew on the power of the force to make my Star Wars obsessed beloved's Birthday cake. Lemon Coconut drizzle cake on the inside, decorations made of chocolate. Happy Birthday Matt - one day you'll get that Millennium Falcon cake.....one day 😂
