Donkey Kong Mario Kart Cake

Donkey Kong Mario Kart cake: I have to say I know absolutely nothing about Mario Kart and Donkey Kong - Last year I made Isaak an Angry birds cake so he is clearly into his games!! This cake was a bit of a challenge structurally and is actually a 2 tier white chocolate mud cake with white chocolate ganache.
