Dentist Tooth Fairy Cake

Yesterday the I delivered a chocolate and sugar laden cake to a local Dentist clinic who are celebrating their 5th Birthday. The figurines depict the owners/dentists as tooth fairies waving their wands at a worm infested tooth. I think its fair to say my most unusual but fun request for a cake yet!! All handmade by me, the wings are made of edible lace, cake is chocolate mud with Belgian dark chocolate ganache.
