Newspaper black, silver and white themed cupcakes

More cupcakes commissioned by Alex- this time for a local Newspaper editor, I came up with the idea that some toppers should be excerpts from the newspaper with the words 'thanks' highlighted plus fantasy sugar flowers and black/silver and white sprinkles. French vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream
